Our portfolio is between the Hagia Sophia, Süleymaniye, Şehzade Mosques and Fatih and Kariye Mosques, and is right in the middle.

In our portfolio, which consists of 4 floors, 2 rooms and 1 bathroom, each room is 11.8 m2, the entrance floor is 19.3 m2 and the cellar is 18.5 m2.

Our portfolio is a 2nd degree historical artifact and is exempt from title deed costs.

The interior of the building is fully constructed and currently serves as a residence.

Bozdogan Arch (Valens Arch)

Bozdoğan Aqueduct, or Valens Aqueduct, with the original name of its heir, which is known and accepted all over the world, is the aqueduct built by the Romans in Istanbul.
