Our portfolio is between the Hagia Sophia, Süleymaniye, Şehzade Mosques and Fatih and Kariye Mosques, and is right in the middle.

Our portfolio, consisting of 4 floors, 11 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 9 toilets and 1 terrace on a total area of ​​384 m2, is a 2nd degree historical artifact and is exempt from title deed costs.

Our portfolio consists of 3 separate buildings and each building has its own entrance. Each building can be used for separate purposes.

The interior of a building is fully constructed and currently serves as a residence.

The other 2 buildings are not built inside and need to be restored. The owner of the portfolio is one of the leading architects and engineers in Turkey, and restoration plans for 2nd degree historical monuments, which normally take up to 2 years and require effort, have been obtained from the Council of Monuments and Istanbul Municipality and are ready. Restorations can be made according to the planned usage purposes against a fee.

Bozdogan Arch (Valens Arch)

Bozdoğan Aqueduct, or Valens Aqueduct, with the original name of its heir, which is known and accepted all over the world, is the aqueduct built by the Romans in Istanbul.
